How long does it take to ship a custom surfboard?
Custom surfboards are handcrafted by our shapers and typically take 4 to 6 weeks for production plus shipping time, depending on the complexity of the design and glassing.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our surfboards, technical apparel, and accessories worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by region and will be calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy for wetsuits and clothing?
You can return unworn apparel and wetsuits with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, used items cannot be returned.
How are surfboards packaged for delivery?
We use specialized heavy-duty cardboard boxes and reinforced padding to ensure your board arrives in perfect condition. Every surfboard shipment is fully insured against damage during transit.
Can I track my order?
Once your order leaves our warehouse or shaping bay, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery status in real-time.
