At Pukas Surf Shop, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your gear; if your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition with all technical tags and packaging intact.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Gear
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring surfboards or fragile hardware are padded sufficiently to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, removing any old delivery stickers.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5 business days.
